Job Description :

SYSTEMTEC is seeking A+ Workstation Support Analyst for a high-profile onsite opportunity in Columbia, SC. You will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware throughout the enterprise. You will also provide technical support to end users.

Must have ACTIVE A+ Certification and Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities of the: A+ Workstation Support Analyst

Provides troubleshooting, technical support. Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains IT users’ workstation software and hardware. Ensures proper backing up of data from user workstations. Providing technical support Tier I/II while using a dispatch system and working incoming tickets as assigned

Requirements of the A+ Workstation Support Analyst:

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field or 2 years of job related work experience.
• Required Work Experience: 2 years of technical operations support experience.
• Required Licenses and Certificates: A+ Certification
• DEPLOYMENT
• INVENTORY
• SOFTWARE TROUBLESHOOTING
• IMAGING
• TECHNICALSUPPORT
• A+ Certification
• Valid Drivers License
