Arnoff a prominent family-owned Logistics company in the Northeast, is searching for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Poughkeepsie Facility.

Some of the duties will include:

• Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Final Mile Warehouse
• Overseeing the receiving and dispatching of shipments and freight.
• Assign workloads and daily tasks to warehouse Associates
• Communicate with team members to answer Shipping and Receiving questions and troubleshooting problems.
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are cleaned and maintained daily.
• Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed while in the Warehouse or running equipment.

A Successful Candidate with possess the following characteristics:

• Experience in a Supervisor or Management role.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
