Vice President of Sales

Job Summary:

Do you enjoy leading and accelerating revenue growth for an industry leading tech-enabled B2B company? Are you an exceptional combination of strategic sales leader, people leader, and sales hunter? ATC is seeking a Vice President of Sales to report directly to its CEO to lead the company through its next phase of transformational growth. In this role you will have full responsibility for 100% of the company’s revenue generation across our suite of tech enabled processing services, B2B SaaS/data products, and developing new revenue generating products and go to market strategies.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Go To Market strategy to expand ATCs industry leading products across more automotive dealerships, lenders, and B2B SaaS providers within the automotive industry
  • Attract, hire, retain and promote elite sales talent across the organization, and design the optimal sales organization to meet/exceed aggressive revenue growth targets
  • Create full suite of sales collateral (strategic partnership memos, PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, etc.) and directly deliver them to senior automotive industry executives (and coach your team to scale delivery across full set of customers)
  • Identify additional product-market needs and collaborate with ATC product leadership to bring new revenue generating products to market
  • Create analytical models demonstrating ATC’s financial value to clients
  • Lead Director of Digital Marketing to support ATCs selling efforts with demand generating marketing tactics delivering MQL’s and further sales acceleration
  • Author executive level board documents and routinely present overall sales and GTM strategy to the board of directors

Drive & Grit – lead by example with a mindset around aggressive revenue growth; aggressively find and close new business for the company, both by directly closing deals on our most strategic accounts and leading a team of sellers on all accounts

Engaging Presence – use your interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects, getting them excited to speak with you and learn more about our product

Team Orientation – perform well both independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years total professional experience including 5+ experience leading and managing high-performing sales team with proven track record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning
  • Familiarity with, and/or a desire to thrive in a private equity backed business


On Target Earnings (OTE) of $200 – 350k with uncapped upside potential
