• Assist Travel Consultants in booking leisure travel arrangements– air, car, hotel, cruises, and tours.
• Help keep “library” stocked with current tour and cruise brochures and other supplies.
• Help maintain organization within the travel department.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Maintain the member database.
• Conduct reporting and provide updates as needed.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Provide general travel administrative needs.
• Conduct member-oriented travel research.
• Assist with issues members may encounter while traveling.
• All duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to deliver consistent, exceptional customer service
• Strong computer skills and confidence to learn new systems
• Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
