Job Description :

We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our team and support one of our local government clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
• Prepare all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
• Prepare all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
• Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Education/Training in the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
• 4 years of experience in information systems development, training, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and providing IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Silver Spring, MD 20910: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
