Job description

Seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven, candidate experience-focused Talent Acquisition Recruiter to temporarily support our Talent Acquisition Team for approximately 6 months, with potential to be hired on as a regular employee. In this key role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders in developing and executing hiring strategies for multiple requisitions, with a focus on, but not limited to, front-line and other individual contributor positions. You will also utilize active and passive sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, online systems, and other activities to build a strong pipeline of candidates, and provide Human Resource consultation to hiring managers, when appropriate, on talent acquisition needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience, Human Resources Management degree preferred
• 3 years of professional work experience, with experience in full cycle recruiting preferred
• Ability to provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world class candidate experience
• Solid ability to assess talent for company fit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with applicants, employees, and diverse levels of management on a regular basis
• Ability to build and establish relationships
• Excellent organizational skills to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong sales orientation, highly motivated
• Self-starter with sense of urgency
• Ability to work within strict timelines desirable
• Ability to work with confidential information and able to exercise sound judgment when making hiring decisions
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Proficient in the use of PCs, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Taleo preferred
• Understanding the future of talent acquisition in banking preferred
