Senior Human Resources Consultant – This position works 100% remotely and is open to candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA or TX.

As a part of the Absence and Disability Management team, the Sr HR Consultant (SHRC) is responsible for serving as a strategic consultant/subject matter expert to HR Business Partners who face complex ADA/LOA and employee relations matters where expert knowledge and assistance is needed. The role includes promoting consistent and best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations, adherence to HR policies, compliance with regulatory and policy requirements and standards, investigations.

Required qualifications:

  • 8 years experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Consultant.
  • 5 years experience in a Multi-Unit/Multi-State and/or Multi-line of business.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • SPHR, PHR or SHRM-SCP, CP certification upon hire.
  • 5 years Integrated Health system experience.
