Rubber Compounder / Chemist

We develop and manufacturer custom compounded rubber, plastic, silicone, and thermoplastic elastomer products to meet and exceed our customers’ requirements. We are seeking an organized, hands-on and motivated individual to contribute their talents in a team environment.

Responsibilities of Rubber Compounder / Chemist:

• The primary responsibility of the Rubber Compounder/Chemist is to develop rubber compounds and test to ISO17025-2017 standards in an A2LA accredited lab.

Requirements of Rubber Compounder / Chemist:

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Rubber Science or equivalent experience
• Self-motivated with good communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient computer skills
• Highly organized and able to manage development projects
• Experience with rubber, plastic or thermoplastic manufacturing a plus
