Tri-State Truck & Equipment, Inc is looking for a Resident Field Technician for Southwestern Montana. Experienced/Journeyman Field Technician will be responsible for all customer services on Volvo Construction Equipment and other OEMs sold and serviced by TSTE. Tri-State is flexible on area of residence and Technician could chose to reside in the Southwestern Montana geographical area, including, the Bozeman, Butte, and Dillon areas.

Each applicant must be experienced in all aspects of being a professional heavy service technician including but not limited to:

· Troubleshooting drive units, transmission, and engine

· Electrical, HVAC and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair

· Computer skills

· Strong customer relationship abilities

· Welding

· CDL (optional)

Tri-State is a Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo/Mack Truck and Certified Cummins Service Center with multiple locations in Montana and Wyoming.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
