The Recruiter efficiently and effectively fills open positions, performs general administrative office assignments, and functions as a communication link to and within the healthcare unit as appropriate.


Process correspondence in a timely and systematic manner.

Participate in external recruitment functions, including high school career fairs, off-site and on-site job fairs.

Source quality candidates using a variety of internal and external resources.

Generate reports and statistics.

Fill open positions, through recruiting and sourcing candidates online.

Identify, attract, and select applicants, advise managers, and relationship building,

Schedule meetings, appointments, and work assignments to meet or exceed deadlines.

Communicate effectively and demonstrate respect, concern, and courtesy in all interpersonal communications.

Follow through with processes from inception to completion.

Maintain skills and continue professional development to enhance the operations and image of the organization.

Adhere to personnel policies to enhance the operation of the healthcare unit.

Attend training and meetings as required.


At least 2 years of administrative experience or the equivalent of education and experience.

Must possess a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
