Job Description :

NeuroSolutions 100 is looking for a Regional Director that have experience working closely with the medical community to provide industry leading technology that improves patient care by reducing the pain associated with diabetic neuropathy. As a rapidly expanding company we are seeking individuals that have succeeded in hypergrowth environments. Experience marketing medical devices to physicians and hospital particularly for pain management is desired.


New Business Acquisition

Responsible for achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned US territory. Assists in advancing revenue and market position consistent with NeuroSolutions 100 goals
Grows and maintains revenue volume in existing accounts.
Cultivates opportunities within legacy and prospective accounts.
Conducts sales presentations for new and existing customers, as necessary.
Keeps abreast of new products in assigned discipline and of current and future Company products.

Account Management

In specified accounts, NeuroSolutions 100 partners with a variety of customer contacts, including physicians, clinical staff, nursing, department managers, and procurement staff to drive utilization products and services and discover new opportunities for product expansion, thereby maintaining and constantly improving the competitive position by:
Engaging multi-discipline meetings and articulating patient value proposition.
Conducting monthly business reviews of assigned accounts, and executing these plans, reports progress, deviations and enhancements.
Consistently working to improve clinical acumen, competitive product knowledge, customer relationship/sales skills to become of greater value to customers.
Maintaining the necessary performance and administrative reporting documents, in adherence with company policy.
Provides primary clinical training and education to customers. Assists in disseminating technical product information to customers.
Assist in training and education efforts within assigned distributors to enhance team’s understanding of applicable procedures. Help spread best practices and sales tactics among greater marketing organization.
Interfaces with marketing to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and product enhancements.
Communicate with, align, and collaborate with the extended NeuroSolutions 100 organization to execute on the Account strategy and Sales objectives.


A minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience required.
Experience in Marketing, Product Management, Market Research, Sales, Business Development, Licensing and Acquisitions, Professional Medical Education, or related field preferred.
Demonstrated cycles of success in a professional business environment required.
Strong problem solving, organizational, communication and analytical skills are required.
Decision making, in-depth understanding of critical issues, and project management skills required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment required.

Permanent work authorization in the U.S. required and the position is remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 – $350,000.00 per hour
