Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Follow up calls with potential recruiting leads

– Communicate through hiring process with recruits leads via phone, text, email

– Gather and source potential recruiting leads via recruiting software

– Professionally represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events.

– On-board new hires within company standards

– Complete pre-hire files and ensure onboarding process

– Track and manage outbound and incoming calls and report status changes

– Maintain relationship with recruits and assist as needed

– Report and communicate recruiting update to management team weekly

– Ensure compliance during recruiting process

-The person would nee to be a self starter and motivate to succeed.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Positive attitude

· High School diploma or equivalent education

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and strong follow-up skills

· Understanding of transportation and logistics is preferred, but not required

· Recruiting and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
