Job Description :

Fabrication company that specialists in manufacturing of custom products for a variety of industries is looking to hire a Quality Control Manger.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization by developing, implementing, communicating and maintaining a quality plan.
• Direct the management of quality issues for the purpose of identifying system and specific process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee advance quality planning by assessing opportunities and risks.
• Develop control plans to ensure product integrity and customer requirements are being met.
• Consult with senior management and department personnel to improve operational procedures to improve overall efficiency by recommending and implementing solutions for change.
• Responsible for the implementation and execution of ISO9001 Quality System.
• Implement and maintain a documented quality program that meets customer requirements and company standards by ensuring quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience management experience directing Quality disciplines in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

• Wichita, KS 67202: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• QA in Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
