xStellar is looking for QA Production Leads. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing multiple people ensuring that the design, process, and delivery of finished products and services consistently meet and/or exceed customer’s expectations.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage team schedules
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Manage customer expectations
• Ensure established production schedule is met and quality is maintained

Qualifications

• Good communication and writing skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to lead and train junior team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
