CHI Health would love to add a Project Assistant to our Cardiology Clinic team located at the CUMC-Bergan campus off of 77th & Mercy!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, No weekends & No holidays

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with clinic leadership team and their support team to establish and publish timelines for communications projects and an editorial calendar.
- Write, edit, design, proof, format and produce communications materials for internal departments as requested, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Provides project assistance to clinic Leadership/Administration to complete assigned projects.
- Conducts research, gathers data and information, and performs analysis to lead to conclusions and recommendations on assigned projects.
- Ensures timely follow-up on assigned projects.
- Prepares presentations and reports as requested.
- Writes reports as needed.
- Initiates and maintains standardized reports as assigned and agreed upon, including such things as budget reconciliation, committee meeting minutes, and quality tracking.
- Communicates with internal and external audiences, including physicians, to obtain information or otherwise assist in project completion.
- Takes personal initiative to prepare drafts of correspondence and other documents required on a timely basis. Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries as directed.
- Coordinates with other Department and Administrative Support on items of common interest and involvement, including vacation coverage and appropriate allocation of resources.
- Development and maintenance of project tracking for clinic initiatives.
- Assistance in business plan development as assigned.
- Support, maintenance and posting for assigned to maintain communication with the system, campus, and physician groups.
- Maintains discretion with large amounts of sensitive, confidential information (e.g., concerning professional and personal performances of staff, information contained in minutes, letters and other documents).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Communications, Journalism or related experience preferred
- 3-5 years managing projects of varying size and complexity.
- Proven track record in project management; implementation from concept to execution is highly desirable.
- Ability to balance and assess conflicting business priorities.
- Excellent problem solving skills desirable.
- Pragmatic, flexible, and diligent with a keen sense of urgency.Self-motivated with a focus on process-improvement.
- Ambitious with potential to develop within a professional HR environment.
