Job Description :

We are looking to hire experienced, customer service driven travel agents. The position available is listed below.

We have an open onsite position in Laurel, Mississippi. The position will involve booking day to day air, car, and hotel while utilizing company programs to maximize savings. The position is normal business hours, working Monday – Friday.

World Travel requirements:

Minimum of 2 years Corporate Travel Agent Experience

Prior GDS Booking (Sabre is a plus)

Previous experience with hotel negotiations

Close proximity to Laurel, Mississippi

Requirements of the position:

1) Provide air, hotel, car and other travel-related reservations for corporate account

2) Proactively recommend to clients efficient and alternate routes, lowest available fares, etc, all within company travel policy

3) Balance strong customer service skills with timely responses to customer either via phone or email
