Job Description :

We are growing! Join our team at a small law firm’s Oklahoma City office as the Office Administrator. The person currently in this position is advancing within the company, so on-the-job training is available.

Duties will include client-facing communications on the phone and via email, general billing, bookkeeping, and accounting on behalf of the firm, and other administrative tasks as necessary.

Ideal candidate will be efficient while being detailed oriented, professional and technically proficient. Legal experience is not required, and accounting, billing, and administrative experience is preferred. Full-time position, benefits available, professional working environment. Specific Responsibilities:

– Serve as client-facing representative of the firm by answering phone calls, greeting clients in the office, and engaging in other direct client communication

– Complete daily bookkeeping and reconciliation with QuickBooks in an accurate manner.

– Bill clients on a monthly basis and assist with billing-related questions from clients.

– File documents with the court clerk and other tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
