Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nurse Scheduling Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Christiana, PA.

NURSE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR:

In this role your responsibilities as a nurse scheduling coordinator include scheduling nursing needs, hours and vacations based on budgeted PRD and current census.

Daily reviews of scheduling levels and staffing changes with the DON and Administrator as needed to maintain safe staffing levels for proper resident care.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A NURSE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR:

• Previous long term care experience preferred.

• Previous scheduling experience preferred.

• Previous payroll experience

• Flexible and always willing to jump in and help where you’re needed.

• Conscientious about following policies and procedures correctly.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
