We are looking for team members in the Veterinary field or wanting to break into the animal care Veterinary Industry at ShotVet! EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. Recently awarded as one of the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies, we are seeking fun and passionate people to join our Mechanicsville VA teams! MOST OF YOUR HOURS WILL BE ON WEEKENDS.

Our Veterinary Technician / Lead Customer Service teams will travel in our company vehicles to host our mobile vaccine clinics. Our teams meet on Friday afternoon and they will return on Sunday night or Monday morning. This position will support some of our Northeast/Southeast area. They will assist the veterinarians and our pet parents during our mobile clinic locations. We offer a competitive starting wage and we offer hands on experience with on the job training. We have different pay ranges for Team Leads, Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, etc.

Skills and Aptitudes:

Present professional appearance and positive conduct.

Punctuality and dependability a must, requires availability on both Saturday & Sunday.

Strong sales ability while making recommendations to clients.

Basic accounting principles and money handling experience.

Strong ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams to direct and lead company initiatives and goals.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.

Willingness to travel 100% in company work vehicles to surrounding towns/states and work weekends is required.

Saturday and Sunday shifts are required.
