SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under direction of the partners, responsible for managing strategic and daily operations of the satellite office for the Judicial Foreclosure Department.
Description of Duties:
· Execute strategic direction of the Judicial Foreclosure Department
· Oversee the daily operations of the office by creating policies and procedures
· Provide customer service to clients by handling client legal opinions and requests
· Conduct interviews for vacant/new positions
· Prepare for and facilitate weekly Attorney Meeting
· Support the Partners of the firm with special projects as assigned
Experience and Skills:
· JD Degree from an accredited law school
· Licensed to practice law in applicable state
· 8+ years work experience in business litigation representing financial institutions
· Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a law firm or related business
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Exceptional organization skills and problem solving capabilities
· Proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office Suite
Work Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
