Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of all food ingredients, stocking as needed
• Follow all health and sanitation practices, as well as all safety procedures and protocols. This includes regularly washing hands, wearing gloves, and ensuring foods are held at appropriate holding temps, no cross contamination, appropriately and safely operating all equipment in the store, etc.
• Should follow safe practices for lifting and carrying items throughout the shop

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of food safety procedures preferred; enthusiasm to learn required!
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in collaboration with team members
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Ability to work efficiently and safely with all kitchen equipment
• Possess excellent time management skills

Education and Experience:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for a long working period
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds following proper techniques
