Job Description :

Littlefield Companies is seeking to fill the position of IT Systems Support Specialist at our corporate office in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The IT Systems Support Specialist installs, troubleshoots, and repairs information systems at our corporate office and all field locations.

The IT Systems Support Specialist supports and maintains the organization’s hardware and applications and provides user support as requested. The IT Systems Support Specialist implements and installs personal computer replacements as needed, configures personal computer systems for new hires, and maintains software and operating system upgrades on client systems.

Responsibilities Include:

Receiving and Responding to Support Calls

Maintenance and Support of Personal Computers Running Microsoft Operating Systems

Data and Network Cabling

Mobile and Office Phone Support

Point Of Sale Systems Installation and Support

Printer and Other Peripheral Device Support

Security Camera System Installation and Support

In Vehicle Information Systems Installation and Support

Managing and Updating Tickets in the Helpdesk System as Needed

Periodically Attends Job Related Training and Conferences

Some Overnight Travel Required

Performs other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

In-depth Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, and Networks

Proficiency with Administering Microsoft Operating Systems

Proficiency in Using IT helpdesk Software

Experience in Documenting Processes and Monitoring Performance and System Logs

Knowledge of Information Technology Innovations and Trends

Knowledge of Information Security Best Practices and Trends

Exceptional Interpersonal and Communications Skills

Clean Driving Record and Willingness to Travel to Field Locations

Ability to Work Alone or as Part of a Team

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required

Related Technical Certifications a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
