About Us:

Electrochemistry is an essential technology for the manufacture of many industrial chemical products. De Nora, a technology-driven manufacturing and marketing company, focuses on extending electrochemistry’s reach. We manufacture titanium anodes coated with proprietary and patented mixed metal oxide compositions comprising different elements such as iridium, ruthenium, and platinum.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control the correct functioning of the ICT services and infrastructures pertaining the U.S.A. region, in accordance with the corporate group policies
• Ensure the effectiveness and quality of the IT processes in the company
• Evaluate investments necessary to implement IT systems and infrastructures in terms of evolutionary updates and the purchase of new technologies through capacity planning
• Ensure that all IT services are compliant with cyber security systems and standards
• Manage and report any technical problem related to the IT infrastructure
• Manage the budget assigned for the infrastructures under its responsibility
• Lead team of 6 Engineers and Analysts.

Education and Professional experience

• Degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies
• Management of complex projects in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google)
• ITIL and / or PMP certifications will be considered as a plus
