Implementation Specialist II

Overview of Position
The Implementation Specialist II is responsible for the technical and operational implementation of customers onto Change Healthcare products. This is a remote role.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Manage the technical implementation of payment solution for new and existing customers
  • Support scope development and business requirements for projects
  • Map client files to propriety format
  • Assist clients in production quality data files
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Some travel to client and/or corporate facilities

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree OR experience in claims and/or basic programming
  • 2 + years with analyzing data
  • 2+ years experience with claims/claims data
  • 2+ years experience with software databases such as SQL server and Oracle
  • Experience with data file types such as XML, delimited, fixed data, and PDF

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience with ANSI X12 files
  • Experience with insurance related documents, print/payment or claims processing solutions
  • Client management, project management or implementation experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed oriented, ability to multitask multiple priorities and assignments and strong organizational skills

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.








New York and New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New York City, NY and Westchester County, NY is $58,420 – $101,520. The salary range for Ithaca, NY is $50,800 – $84,600. The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $60,960 – $101,520. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Change Healthcare offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
