Job Overview & Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced, visually talented individual to join our company as a Graphic Designer. As part of our marketing team, you will create a wide variety of graphic assets for use in everything from social media to web to print advertising. You will develop new visual concepts within our existing visual framework, work with key stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure broad alignment and create various media and contexts.

The ideal candidate has a true passion for creative, aesthetics and UI. You can create engaging and smart designs for marketing campaigns. You are comfortable with conceptualizing producing digital and offline marketing campaigns from initial market research to execution. You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment with other designers and marketers. You are highly motivated and can work well independently. You are a creative self-starter and idea-generator. You create impact through meaningful, engaging visual design. Ultimately, an excellent graphic designer will ensure that the marketing department promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.

Essential Job Duties:

· Conceptualize and create designs and ads for Inbound Marketing, Paid Marketing and Content SEO initiatives

· Create header images, Infographics, social media design, web design and site design

· Work with advertising agency to create ads and landing pages

· Develop marketing and sales materials with copywriter

· Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery

· Generating fresh concepts

· Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects

· Keeping up-to-date with industry developments

· Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other departments

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar/relevant degree

• 6+ years of experience as a designer

• Experience in online marketing a plus

• Strong portfolio of visually compelling advertising and marketing work across various channels including email, web and print (Please include link to portfolio in your resume/application

• Experience in web design, ideally using HubSpot

• A/B testing experience a plus

• Advanced experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

• A strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory

• Excellent communication skills to be able to clearly articulate design objectives, concepts, and decisions

• Must be highly organized and detail oriented, able to multitask, and flexible to quickly change priorities

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment to meet goals/deadlines

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize workload and deliverables within schedule constraints to deliver results
