Floral Production and Event Company specializing in the sympathy industry is seeking an experienced full-time Floral Designer. Qualified Candidates must be friendly, driven, goal-orientated, with a passion for people and a love of floral design.

JOB REQUIREMENTS : An energetic, self-motivated, creative problem-solver willing to grow with our team would be the perfect candidate. Duties include but are not limited to creating large scale sympathy floral arrangements including casket sprays, standing sprays, wreaths, crosses, hearts, urn arrangements etc; ability to setup events at remote locations; taking phone orders and communicating with clients, housekeeping duties, assist with floral processing, prep work and more.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment; Must be experienced in floral design with knowledge of the products and techniques; able to calculate using basic mathematical skills; effective oral and written communication skills; active learning skills and the ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making; strong critical thinking skills; flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environment and priorities; positive attitude, integrity, and excellent judgment. Open schedule flexibility is a must!
