ABOUT US:

COMPENSATION – MINIMUM OF $105,000/YEAR:

• Field Support Engineer 1: $75to $85K/year
• Field Support Engineer 2: $85 to $95K/year
• Field Support Engineer 3: $95K t0 $105K/year
• BONUSES: Average of 17 bonuses/month @ $150/each = $30K/year in Bonuses!!

SHIFTS:

14 Days on/7 Days Off Shift

Lodging provided when in the field over 1 hour from Shop

LOCATION:

Shreveport, LA (local candidates preferred or those willing to relocate)


FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare frac designs
• Supervise training/operation of hydraulic fracturing equipment
• Understand well fracturing fluid flow back chemistries and scaling tendencies
• Understand data acquisition software and hydraulic fracturing pumps, blenders, and hydration units
• Review, understand and implement operational (OS), and technical standards including other company requirements for each task performed.
• Maintain real-time mass balance data on proppant and fracturing additives
• Promote a safe workplace, follows safety standards at all times, and complies with statutory regulations and organizational safety requirements

FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum preferred)
• 2+ years’ hydraulic fracturing experience preferred
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows and data acquisition software
• Able to climb ladders and stairs on equipment
• Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Working outside of normal working hours (i.e., nights, weekends, holidays) when required
• Able to travel to wellsite, customer sites or vendor locations, occasionally on short notice
• Ability to train independently and acquire resources for training
• Communicate ideas and recommendations appropriately
• Ability to pass criminal background investigation and drug screen
