The Maintenance Director is responsible for the planning, organization, development and direction for the overall operation of Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments in accordance with and federal, state, and local standards and guidelines, and to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. The position coordinates with other department heads to ensure that the efforts of the department are integrated with the efforts of the other departments to provide services in the most effective and cost efficient manner.
