Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Overtime as needed to support the business

Job Description:

The data entry clerk is responsible for gathering data and capturing the information into appropriate databases. The data entry clerk will capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. The data entry clerk will identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of the relevant parties where necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Corrects errors and organizing information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
• Works with current spreadsheets to input data.
• Enters and updates information into relevant databases.
• Informs relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Stores hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• (Two) 2+ years experience in a relevant field
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, JDE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to concentrate for long periods of time and perform accurately with adequate speed
• Proficient typing skills
• Strong computer skills

Education:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
