This position is responsible for application support of the FBH application transactions, and all initial related contacts for support and troubleshooting of end-user requests in a timely manner. Responsible for the First Level of the EMR Support needs of FBH. Receive, resolve, distribute, and track EMR and related requests for assistance in Help Desk ticketing system. Responsible for service transmissions and management of the EMR functions related to FBH client clinical services. Communicate and collaborate with Clinical, Compliance, and Medical Records staff to resolve data errors, and document actions taken. Document processes and procedures. Assist with compiling, transmitting, and error correction of data transmitted to external partners. Assist in the client clinical service void processing, either from a backup or primary perspective. Assist the Senior Data Analysts with implementation, maintenance, documentation of FBH systems. Write basic SQL queries or other reports, when necessary. Run, monitor, and troubleshoot any processes to create non-standard or standard state reporting batches. Assist in resolving technical issues from the Helpdesk when necessary. Support Finance/HR system by providing training, technical support, and backup system administration support. Troubleshoot data integrity and data accuracy for our critical systems (EMR, HRMS, etc.) for internal users and external partners. Assist in system implementation, and system maintenance, both during business hours and after-hours when necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists in the technical training needs of the team, and for the agency, if required.
- Resolves issues in a timely manner during regular scheduled hours and after hours, as needed.
- Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors.
- Champions change and effectively manages the implementation of new ideas.
- Reinforces team approach throughout practice both on FBH projects and external initiatives.
- Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization.
- Communicates effectively with FBH staff to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
- Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.
- Ensures compliance with standard FBH policies and procedures.
- Assists in Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and backup routines, as needed
- Assist in the rollout of new FBH systems and applications when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
REQUIRED:
- Three years’ experience supporting computer applications, technical writing, Microsoft Office Suite products, customer service, and end-user training.
PREFERRED:
- Associates Degree in IT, or related field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong system analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and process complex system information, both internally and externally.
- Ability to maintain composure and logical mindset in the midst of system failure and difficult end user personalities and emotions.
