Primary role: Operations of Various types of farm equipment as seasonally needed within the operation.

Job Responsibilities

· Must have a strong sense of need for safe and healthy work environment.

· Knowledge to operate precision farming equipment.

· Be comfortable around large machinery, dust, and noisy conditions.

· Always Keep work area clean and functional.

· Equipment Maintenance.

· Keep equipment and facilities in good working order.

· Understanding of volume and weight conversions.

· Have a measure twice do it once mentality. Once the task is completed (seeding, product application, harvest) it must be correct. Imperative job is done right every time.

· Observe equipment and listen to machine operation to detect malfunctions.

· Operation of machinery in a good manner not damaging to the equipment, fields, or others.

· Manage your task. Know when you need products or assistance to keep progress moving forward.

· Understanding of equipment efficiency.

· Understanding of weather and how it affects operations.

· Work at odd hours i.e.: early mornings and evenings, and weekends to work around the weather.

· Ability to work at short notice: Agriculture is primarily done around weather.

· Organize, plan and mange time get operations done in timely manner.
