Our growth creates your opportunity as we recruit a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide outstanding customer service in our service department. Administrative Assistant Duties:

· Our Administrative Assistant provides outstanding customer service to solve customer’s material handling equipment service needs.

· Supports service department operations, which may include answering phones, opening, scheduling, and reviewing work orders, technician dispatch, and work order invoicing.

· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

· Our Administrative Assistant must be capable of organizing, prioritizing, and performing multiple duties.

· High School Diploma or GED.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and general business software.

· Pass drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
